As a young boy growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Chef Robert learned how to make pizza in his Nonna, Angelina's kitchen.  Years later while in Miami, Florida, he continued his pizza and culinary training at Cozzoli's Pizzeria under the tutelage of Master Pizza Chef Ernesto. Upon returning to Los Angeles, Robert opened Cozzoli's Pizzerias in the Del Amo and Panorama City Shopping Malls. There he began to use his Nonna, Josefina's Italian recipes passed down for generations from the province of Potenza in the Basilicata region of Southern Italy.  ​From these origins, Chef Robert and his wife Lora, also having years of managerial experience in the food service industry, have launched Pacific Crust Pizza Mobile Pizzeria & Catering service to make your upcoming events a special treat.  Check our Menu section for our specialty breakfast pizzas, bringing Nonnas' ageless recipes into the 21st Century with a California flair.  Mangia!!
